I’m so excited to share with you this beautiful watch from Jord Wood Watches!  I’m a big fan of watches.  My favorite type of watch is a classic style, one that will coordinate well with what I’m wearing.  When Jord asked me to review this watch I was enthused, to say the least!  I had seen Jord watches on the internet and thought they were beautiful in photos.  Let me tell you, this watch looks even better in person!  What I like about this watch is that it is lightweight, so much so, that you don’t feel like you have it on.

Have you ever had a self-winding automatic watch?  This Jord Wood Watch is self-winding automatic.  What does that mean?  It doesn’t run off a battery, the movement of your wrist winds it.  How awesome is that?  You never have to buy a battery, ever!  I owned a self-winding automatic watch years ago (another brand) and I loved it.  So, I know this watch will be on repeat for a long time.

Now, on to my outfit.  About a month ago, I found this striped dress at Old Navy.  I had been looking for a long sleeve striped dress for my fall capsule wardrobe, that I could wear alone or layered with a cardigan or vest.  When I was at Old Navy shopping with my daughter, I found it and marked it off my shopping list.  I wore this exact outfit to my Hubby’s high school class reunion Saturday night.  It was dressy enough but still casual to wear to the reunion.

I bought this taupe cardigan last year at TJ Maxx.  This exact one is sold out, but I’ve linked up three similar cardigans (see below).  It’s a lightweight cardigan and I love the color.  It’s a true neutral color.  I bought these lace-up flats in the BP Nordstrom brand last fall.  They are so comfy!
