10×10 Challenge Fall 2018: What I Wore In 10 Days
I recently participated in the 10×10 Fall Challenge #fall10x10, hosted by Lee, from Stylebee and Caroline, from Un-Fancy. For 10 days I put my Fall capsule wardrobe to the test by doing a “10×10 Challenge“. Whether you use a capsule wardrobe or just want to test your wardrobe, you can do this challenge by wearing 10 items, 10 ways for 10 straight days. This type of challenge not only motivates you to make the most of your clothes, but you discover which clothes in your closet you love to wear the most. This was the 5th challenge I participated in. This challenge tested a few of my clothes in my Fall capsule wardrobe. The key to making a challenge like this and for a full capsule wardrobe work, is to use basic essentials in mostly solid, neutral colors. Examples of basic essentials are a striped top, gray boyfriend cardigan, chambray shirt, white button-up shirt, white tee, black tee, gray tee, blue jeans, black ankle pants, gray jeans, etc. I chose to include both clothes and shoes in this 10×10 Challenge and add two accent colors, dusty pink and olive.

Here’s what I enjoyed the most about this 10×10 Challenge:
My favorite 10×10 Challenge item: it has to be the Striped Peplum Tee! It is one of the most worn pieces in my capsule wardrobe! I love the striped pattern and the peplum style.
My favorite outfit: It’s a toss-up between Outfit 1 and Outfit 2. What I love about Outfit#1 is the style and color of the cardigan. In Outfit #2, I like the combination of the peplum tee and the utility vest.

Wow, and every look is different from the same items. I love the horizontal striped shirt with the olive vest. It’s totally my favourite and those shoes are to die for.

You really picked those well! I like outfit one best, but they all look good and no one seeing you every day would think you were wearing the same things over and over again.
