Color Palette: Since this list is comprised of all core closet essentials, the basics of a capsule wardrobe, everything in the list are all neutral colors: black, white, gray, ivory, camel, chambray and denim. Tees:
Tees, or t-shirts, come in a variety of neck styles, cuts and lengths. An overall good tee that you can wear both in casual outfits and dressy outfits is one which sits at your hips, a slightly-slim fit and either a crew-neck that falls just below your collar bone or a v-neck. Avoid pocket tees as they look more casual.
For an athleisure capsule wardrobe, you may want your tees to fall just below your hips to cover your leggings.

Is there a reason you recommend a camel coat versus a gray or black dress coat? I am looking for a dress coat and most commonly wear black when needing a dress coat. Thanks!

Thank you for your question! The camel coat color looks great against the neutral color clothes in the starter kit, but the coat color can be your personal preference. Gray or black, being neutral colors as well, would also look great!
I’ve been looking at the Ll Bean Utility jacket and trying to decide on the best color for me. I am 63 with strawberry blond hair and fair skin. I was thinking about the Dune Brown. Your thoughts?
