The color Chocolate Brown was so popular last Fall and it’s trending again this Fall! You can find it everywhere: on sweaters, jeans, skirts, shoes and accessories! Chocolate brown is a lovely neutral color and it looks great both as a base color in your outfits and as an accent color. Chocolate brown shoes and accessories also provide a pop of color in your outfits!

For size reference: My height is 5’9″ and my weight is approximately 180 lbs. I have an hourglass figure and am mid-size. For tops, I typically wear a size Large (12), depending on the brand and fit of the top. For bottoms, my usual size is a 12, waist 31; a 10-inch high rise fits my waist the best and a 28 inch inseam falls at my ankle, 30 inch inseam is full-length on me. My shoe size is 9 medium or 40EU.
My Outfit Details
The cardigan sweater I’m wearing is the Madewell Kensington Cardigan in “dark carob and ivory stripe” (Large). It’s super soft with the cotton-blend fabric. The chocolate brown is a lovely color and the stripes add interest to the outfit while keeping the color palette neutral.
I have an hourglass figure so my favorite style of jeans to wear are ones that fit in the legs and flare out at the bottom. Bootcut and Flare styles fit my body shape the best. These Democracy Out There Flare Leg Jeans (size 12) fit perfectly!
For my shoes and accessories, I’m wearing the Vionic Hollen Cap Toe Flat in “Chocolate” (true to size, size 9) and the Madewell Essentials Suede Bucket Bag in “Dark Carob”. These Nordstrom Rack Tapered Chubby Hoop Earrings in “gold” are the perfect size earrings!
