Plaid and a Utility Vest

Do you have a utility vest?  I have worn this one quite a few times aleady.  It’s a Chico’s vest and bought it from a consignment shop.  I wore it in the late summer with short and a tee, then several times so far this Fall season.  It’s a versatile piece.  You can even wear utility vests with casual dresses.  Here, I paired it with a plaid shirt and jeans, both from J. Crew Factory.  The heels dressed it up a bit.
