Linen is a popular fabric to wear in the Summer season.  The fabric is light, airy and breathes well in the heat.  Fabric made of pure linen does have a tendency to wrinkle and that’s what gives the fabric its casual look.  Clothes made of a linen/cotton blend  like these linen shorts have less of a tendency to wrinkle, plus you get the laid-back look of linen.
