This has been the season for puffer vests!  I’ve had this Gap white puffer vest for about three years and have worn it occassionally.  Before this year, I didn’t wear vests that often, always wore coats.  Wearing this white vest in these photos is just the first of many times I’ll wear it this Winter.  Puffer vests are so warm!  
I found this blue plaid flannel shirt at Target and fits great!  This specific pattern is sold out online, but I found one that is very similar (the link is below).  This pattern may still be in stores.  It has more of a fitted look and the pattern is a vivid blue.
