It’s officially beach season! Time to bring out the swimsuits and coverups, sunscreen and maxi dresses! Buying all these items, plus accessories, can really add up. I’ve created this list of what to buy for the beach, plus an outfit to wear at night to go out on the town, all for under $40 each.
