I’ve always heard that horizontal stripes make the area appear wider. So why do most capsule wardrobes I see feature a shirt with horizontal stripes? Also, I look ok in white, but I look terrible in off white/cream and camel/tan. If I wear either of these colors near my face I look washed out and sick. I can wear tan pants. I haven’t worn white or off white/cream jeans since I was a size 5 because. I’m 5’ tall and a size 12 now, and light colors like that make me look even bigger. So what colors can I substitute in place of off white / cream and camel/tan in a capsule wardrobe? I’m glad that you live on the Gulf Coast and create capsules that are practical for our hot, humid weather. I live in Pensacola.
