I love to drink smoothies! They are a refreshing snack that’s healthy too! I have a smoothie recipe I’d like to share with you. It’s a Mixed Fruit Smoothie and is super simple to make! There’s just three ingredients: orange juice, vanilla yogurt and frozen mixed fruit.
Gather your orange juice, vanilla yogurt and frozen mixed fruit. I like to use the fruit mixture of strawberries, peaches, pinapple and grapes, but you can use just about any frozen fruit.
To make 1 smoothie, put in a blender 1/2 cup orange juice, 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt and 1 cup frozen mixed fruit. Blend until smooth.
Mixed Fruit Smoothie (makes 1 smoothie)
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed fruit
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
