It’s been a busy week! The Hubby and I have been Spring cleaning, I’ve been busy with my daughter with school-related stuff, plus working full-time. This past weekend we got a lot accomplished in the house. We moved furniture by swapping the living room and den. Since the living room/dining room area is an L-shape, we decided to make the living room area bigger so that meant moving all that furniture! Now that that’s done, I can get ready for my next project…painting!
As I’m writing this post (Tuesday), I just had a scare! When I logged onto WordPress to create Wednesday’s post, my site was down! I called Bluehost and they said a plugin I installed in April was using too much memory. Yikes! They recommended I uninstall the plugin that was causing the issue. Hmm, which of the 43 active plugins could it be? That’s when I realized…I have too many plugins. I deactivate several, then deleted most of the ones I don’t use. Note to self…don’t install plugins you don’t need and don’t use too many plugins!
Now on to today’s outfit. I purchased this black dress during Old Navy’s Super Cash promotion. I had been looking for a black dress for my capsule wardrobe and I found this one. The material is so soft and the style will go with several pieces in my wardrobe. I’ve had this denim vest since last year and it’s a wardrobe staple. I’ve worn this denim vest with dresses, skirts, jeans and shorts. It makes a great “third piece”. These Sam Edelman shoes are new and are my new favorite sandal. Of course, I love ANY Sam Edelman shoes!

Oh Leanne, I feel your pain with the downed website! Just last week, I upgraded WordPress and my entire site just went blank! Talk about panic. Fortunately, the host support tech was able to recover it. I’m starting to believe this whole “Mercury in retrograde” stuff!

I have been loving the dresses with denim vest. Last year I bought a denim vest and maybe wore it once…this year I’m breaking that bad boy out everyday if I can, okay I probably can’t, so I best get to wearing it before the weather becomes too hot to even look at it, hehe.
People seem to have so many issues with Word Press. I’ll just stick with Blogger…problem free. Love your shoes, I just bought a pair myself.
