Work and Casual Outfits With Cole Haan

In this post, I’m sharing 4 work and casual outfits you can wear to the office and whenever you want to look polished and more elevated. You can also wear these outfits out to lunch with friends, to church, out shopping or on a date night. I am featuring shoes and bags from Cole Haan to complete the outfits. These shoes and bags are work appropriate and will make your outfits look chic and put together!

For size reference, my height is 5’9″ and I weigh approximately 169 lbs. For tops, I typically wear a size Medium (10) or Large (12), depending on the brand and fit of the top (for slim-fit, I usually wear a Large). For bottoms, my normal size is a 10 or 12 (depending on the brand and fit of the bottom) OR a 30/31 waist, a 10-inch high rise fits my waist the best and a 28 inch inseam falls at my ankle. My shoe size is 9 medium or 40EU.

The first two outfits feature the Cole Haan Vandam Pumps in “black” and The Essential Tote also in “black”. When I initially put on the Vandam Pumps, I couldn’t believe how comfortable they were! They have a 1.7″ heel which is very easy to walk in and I love the comfortable arch foam! They are made of waterproof leather and are leather lined, so I’ll be wearing these years to come! I have been looking for a tote like this The Essential Tote for a while and am so glad I added it to my wardrobe! It is made of luxe pebbled leather so it is very durable, yet soft. It can fit up to a 16″ laptop (my laptop fits perfectly with room to spare), so I can carry it with me wherever I go!

OUTFIT 1

For this outfit, I’m wearing the J. Crew Slim Fit Tee in “white (Large) , Nordstrom Open Cardigan in “tan cobblestone” (Medium) and the J. Crew Factory Kallie Straight Leg Pants in “black” (size 12). This is my favorite slim fit tee since it looks polished with business casual outfits. I recently bought this Nordstrom Open Cardigan in the tan cobblestone color. I loved the style and fit so much that I ordered it in black and gray colors! I rarely buy a piece in more than one color, but let me tell you THIS CARDIGAN IS THAT GOOD! I love how these J. Crew Factory Kallie Straight Leg Pants fit! They are an ankle length pant and I like how they look with pumps. I’m also wearing the Cole Haan Vandam Pumps in “black” and The Essential Tote in “black”.

SHOP THE OUTFIT:

Wide leg jeans are very much on trend and will be for the Fall. I just bought these Loft Patch Pocket High Rise Wide Leg Jeans in “vintage dark wash” (size 31) and absolutely LOVE them! I really like this Cotton-Blend Polo Sweater in “lather” (size Large). I also tried on the “raffia” color but this light gray looked better with my complexion. I’m also wearing the Cole Haan Vandam Pumps in “black” and The Essential Tote in “black”.

The next two outfits feature the Cole Haan York Bow Loafers in “pecan” and the Grand Ambition Side-Cinch Satchel in “dark sequoia”. These York Bow Loafers are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever worn! They are a classic and timeless style and I love the bow detail. You can wear these loafers with practically any outfit. I’m loving the Grand Ambition Side-Cinch Satchel made of luxe pebbled leather and suede accents on the sides. It has lots of compartments and can fit up to a 14″ laptop. You can carry this bag by the handles, on the crook of your arm, on your shoulder or use the crossbody strap for a hands-free carry option.

I replaced my striped shirt that I have had for years with this J. Crew Factory Button-up Cotton Poplin Shirt in “banker blue”. (Large). It isn’t stiff at all, like some button-up shirts, and I love how polished it looks with my outfits! These J. Jill High-Rise Straight-Leg Jeans in “natural” (size 12) are a great alternate color to white to wear in the Fall and Winter. I’m also wearing the Cole Haan York Bow Loafers in “pecan” and the Grand Ambition Side-Cinch Satchel in “dark sequoia”. I kept this outfit simple, but you could also add this J. Crew Skinny Belt in “pecan” and this Two Button Sweater Blazer in “hthr mushroom”.

Here is another simple, yet polished outfit which includes this Woven Sleeve Crewneck Tee in “black” (Large), these Flare Crop Jeans (similar wash, size 12), the Cole Haan York Bow Loafers in “pecan” and the Grand Ambition Side-Cinch Satchel in “dark sequoia”. I love how the puff sleeves on this Woven Sleeve Crewneck Tee elevate this black tee and the softness of the material! I have had these Flare Crop Jeans (mine are a medium wash) for a few years and they are one of my favorites to wear!
