Mix It Up Friday #10: Microwave Mug Brownie
Last week I featured my Nutella Mug Cake on the Mix It Up Friday link up. Today I’m featuring my Microwave Mug Brownie recipe. If you love chocolate, you’ll love this recipe! This single serving brownie cooks in only 60 seconds, for a moist chocolately dessert.
Gather these ingredients: 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, 2 Tbsp milk, 2 Tbsp vegetable oil and 1/4 vanilla flavoring.
Mix together in a bowl all the dry ingredients. Add the milk, oil and vanilla and mix until there are no clumps. Pour the batter in a coffee mug. It should fill the mug up halfway (as seen in the picture below).
Put the filled mug in the microwave and cook on high for 60 seconds. You don’t want to overcook it. The brownie needs to be moist. Let it sit for a minute, then enjoy!

Oh these mug treats are so dangerous since they take no time to make. I want to try this too but I am cutting out sugar. The temptation…..

So, I can see mug brownies happening in our house tonight – I will report back later on how it goes!
I think some peanut butter cup ice cream needs to go on top of that warm brownie! Going over to check out the Nutella version!
I am saving this one for later. Such an easy recipe. I gotta try this one. Thanks for sharing it.
