Don’t you just love Summer Vacations? It’s the time of the year where we can get away and unwind at the pool, at the beach or at our favorite Summer getaway! We get to relax, have fun and spend time with family or friends. But, what do you pack? Where do you even start?
I’ve created a guide to help you get that suitcase packed with the least amount possible, but with lots of outfit options! If you pack mainly basic essentials, you are sure to have clothes and shoes that will coordinate with each other well. You can enough outfits which are comfortable and chic, perfect for sightseeing. You can wear a black tank dress and bow-tie espadrilles out to eat that evening and look great. Don’t forget your swimsuit, cover-up, beach towel and floppy hat for the beach! Pack an extra 2-piece swimsuit (top & bottom) if you are staying at the beach or poolside for a few days.
The key to packing less, but having several outfit options is when you pack, gather a few basic essentials in solid, neutral colors, like white, gray, black, navy, chambray or denim. You can also pack a few patterned clothes in the same color tone. Everything you packed will coordinate, giving you several outfit possibilities.
