Staying Hydrated with Water & DripDrop

My #1 New Year’s Resolution was getting back in the gym and exercising.  Since the first of the year, I’ve been exercising about 2-3 times a week and I feel so much better.  I can breathe better, walk faster and don’t feel sluggish like I did before I started exercising.  It’s essential to drink water everyday so you don’t become dehydrated.  When I drink water, I feel more alert, have more energy and my skin also looks healthy.
