Nordstrom Sale Try-on - What I Bought
On Monday, I shared what I bought from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale #Nsale.  Today, I’m sharing a few photos of try-ons and showing how the pieces fit.  If you’ve been shopping the sale, you’ll know that pieces sell out quickly.  Here’s a tip to snag that clothing item you’re wanting: If there is a clothing item that you’ve got your eye on, but the color and/or size is unavailable, check on Nordstrom’s site early in the morning and in the afternoon.  I discovered that Nordstrom will replinish pieces as they become available.
Now, here are the try-on photos.  Sorry if the photos are a little fuzzy.  The hubby and I swapped phones (I got his iPhone 6s Plus and he wanted my 5S) and I haven’t quite learned how to work the camera app.

This top has a ribbed look, which I like because it helps hold its shape.  The top is a little wrinkled, but with some ironing it will be good to go!
These jeans fit great!  I plan on wearing these with booties and boots.

This sweater is a little too roomy for me.  Since the closest Nordstrom store is 3 hours away, I had to guess at the size when I ordered it.  I bought a large but I need a medium.

I’m wearing a medium in the black color and it fits great.  I don’t have a solid black sweater or cardigan, so this will be a wardrobe staple.
OMG, these boots!  I never dreamed I would own a pair of Tory Burch boots, but at this sale price, I couldn’t resist.  I wear a size 9 in shoes, and ordered a size 9 in these boots and they fit perfectly.

Oh, I love this color!  It’s a deep wine color and the x-cross detail at the top is so feminine.  Love, love it!

  12. Thanks SO much for posting the pics. I already purchased some items from the sale and they all worked but guessing on size is tricky. I bought an Eileen Fisher sweater and am SO glad I sized down like they said!

    Those boots are to die for. I bought 2 pair (of another brand) last year so I’ll have to pass but there’s always next year. With your help, I am being more selective and have given 4 huge boxes of clothes to Goodwill already. I have more to do, but am waiting to see your Fall selections… I know I will have lots to wear that looks great and fits thanks to you. Can’t wait for the fall e-book!!!

  13. Kathy, I agree with guessing on the sizing. I like the Eileen Fisher brand. I have a charcoal long tank that’s one of my fav tops.
