Spring Transition Outfits With A Blue Sweater

In a few weeks, we will start seeing signs of the spring season. Temperatures will start warming up, but we will still need warm layers during the transition from winter to spring. If you need some outfit ideas on how to dress for the spring transition, I have four outfits that I put together.
