Fitness Essentials
My #1 new year’s resolution was to get back in the gym. When I went the gym a few years ago, I loved walking on the treadmill and getting toned up by using all the equipment. Some things happened in my life then and I just didn’t feel like going to the gym. Fast forward five years and now I want to get back in shape! This past weekend I signed up for a year’s membership, so there’s no turning back now! I’ve been twice this week and have realized…I’ve missed going to the gym. I carry similar items in the photo collage above.
