A Week Of Fall Outfits Using Wardrobe Staples
Do you need a few outfit ideas to get you through the week? I created 7 outfits, an outfit for each day of the week, using several wardrobe staples!
What Are Wardrobe Staples?
Wardrobe staples are versatile pieces that you can wear in different outfits and can easily mix and match with one another. They are classic and timeless basics that never go out of style. I often refer to wardrobe staples here on Classy Yet Trendy as “core closet essentials“, since they are considered to be essential core building blocks of a capsule wardrobe!
You can easily add trendy pieces to wardrobe basics to create fresh and different outfits, like in the outfits below!

The Outfits
Mostly all of the pieces in these outfits are in my own closet and from my own Fall Capsule Wardrobe! I also included my jewelry, handbags and a few shades of lipstick that I wear often! To recreate these outfits for yourself, you don’t have to have these exact pieces. You can use similar pieces in your closet that you already have!
Outfit #1
I started creating this outfit by first choosing this graphic tee, then built the outfit around it. Any graphic tee in any color will work in this outfit since the other pieces in this outfit are neutral colors. To complete the outfit, I added this Gold CZ Bezel Necklace, these Black Jealous Games Sunglasses, this Bobbi Brown Lipstick in the “pink nude” color and this YSL Lou Camera Bag in the “dark beige” color (similar style budget buy on Amazon).

This is a French-inspired outfit! These gold hoop pearl drop earrings, Mac Lipstick in the “velvet teddy” color and Chanel Single Classic Flap Bag (from Fashionphile preloved bags) (also love this Chanel-inspired bag for $38!) completes the look.

All the pieces in this outfit are wardrobe staples! I added this gold coin necklace, these tortoise sunglasses and this Polene Numero Un bag in the “trio camel” color.

For this outfit, you could use all wardrobe staples in your closet! I included this black puff sleeve tee, but you could use a regular black tee instead. Same for the sneakers, which are Veja Campo Sneakers, but you could use solid white casual sneakers instead. I included minimal Gold Halo CZ Stud Earrings and this Gold Halo Necklace, this Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick in the “pillow talk” color and this Coach Tabby Bag.

In this outfit, the white short sleeve tee, dark wash jeans and black loafers (love these Gucci-inspired style loafers) are all wardrobe staples and I added this Gray Sweater Blazer, which also could be a wardrobe staple because of the neutral color and classic styling. In this outfit, the chambray shirt is a layer over the gray tee. You can front tuck the gray tee in the black jeans, then wear the chambray shirt open over the tee.

In this outfit, I included the popular and trending Juliette Sweater Blazer. This one is longer than the gray Eloise style in outfit #5 and is in the “hthr khaki” color, which isn’t camel, but is a gorgeous khaki color.
